01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ph985 platform — whether through the ph985 website, mobile application, or any other channel made available by ph985 — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ph985 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the ph985 platform from time to time.

03 Account Registration

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one ph985 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph985 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph985 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the ph985 platform from time to time.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ph985 account upon confirmation of receipt by ph985. ph985 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ph985 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph985 account holder.
• Processing Times: ph985 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements applicable to your account.

• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph985 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy.
• Anti-Money Laundering: ph985 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. ph985 may be required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities. Players must not use ph985 for any money laundering or other unlawful financial activity.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ph985 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a validity period within which the wagering requirements must be completed. Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on ph985 are governed by individual game rules published on the ph985 platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

• Random Number Generation: All ph985 games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and fair. ph985 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, ph985 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. ph985 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.

07 Prohibited Conduct

• Creating or operating more than one ph985 account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph985 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph985 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ph985 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

ph985's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ph985 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph985 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph985 will use reasonable endeavors to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11 Privacy

ph985 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using ph985, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph985 will not sell your personal data to third parties. ph985 may share your personal data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable Philippine law or as necessary to provide the ph985 service.

12 Termination

ph985 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the ph985 platform at any time, with or without notice, if ph985 has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct.

You may close your ph985 account at any time by contacting the ph985 support team. Upon closure of your account, any remaining balance (subject to verification requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Balances derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13 Amendments

ph985 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the ph985 platform and, where material, communicated to registered players via their registered contact details. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of ph985 following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to ph985's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
